SAAF Roof Coating 40-4000 is a single-component, acrylic emulsion waterproofing coating that forms a permanently elastic, weather- and water-resistant membrane after drying. It provides UV protection, high solar reflectivity, and thermal insulation for roof and exterior applications.

Base: Acrylic Emulsion

Colors: White & Gray

Coverage: Approx. 1.30 kg/m² for 2 coats

Elongation: Approx. 400% at 25°C

Temperature Resistance: -10°C to +80°C

Application Temperature: 10°C to 50°C

Drying Time: Approx. 24 hours

Specific Gravity: 1.28–1.34

Solid Content: 64–70%

Flammability: Non-flammable, wet and dry

Packaging: 20 kg pail / 100 kg drum

Application: Suitable for concrete roofs, warehouses, factories, flat roofs, zinc/PVC/aluminum sheets, polyurethane foam insulation, bathroom waterproofing, and other exposed surfaces requiring waterproofing and UV protection.

Application Method: Apply by brush, roller, or spray gun. Normally apply 2 coats, with approximately 24 hours between coats. For concrete/asbestos roofs, the TDS specifies a primer coat diluted with water at 2:1.
