Solvent-based bitumen-resin elastomeric (1500%) coating. Used for waterproofing of areas not exposed to sunlight: retaining walls, foundations, planters, wet areas, balconies & terraces (under coverings)… Resistant to soil components & salts. Ideal as vapor barrier on façades behind mechanically fixed tiles.
